I find it difficult to use the Nelson Turbo Heart. The 59 position control dial 4 basic patterns mechanism just won't work for me and I spent an hour trying to discover how to make the 4 patterns do what the company promises they will do and trying to reach someone by phone is almost impossible. Is anyone else having this problem? I can't take it back because I threw the receipt away out of trusting that it would work and it wasn't cheap either.
